Virtual EM Inc. signed a comprehensive licensing agreement with a commercialization partner for Virtual EM’s embedded wireless technologies, whereby Virtual EM will receive an up-front licensing fee in addition to portion of the profits from the sales of the products incorporating Virtual EM’s technologies.
