U.S. Navy has exercised the Option 1 as part of Virtual EM’s current STTR Phase II contract to extend the work for eight months for developing advanced prototypes and field testing. Project concerns HF/VHF conformal antennas for UAVs. Michigan State University and Raytheon Company will serve as subcontractors on the effort.
