Virtual EM was awarded a STTR Phase I contract by NASA for developing wearable antennas for astronauts. Purdue University is the research institution on this STTR providing RF MEMS switch technology and Monarch Antenna, Inc. (a Delphi Corporation spin out) is contributing design expertise on the self-structuring antenna (SSA) technology.
